Ordering
How do I place an order?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

How do I use a discount code or gift card?
Simply enter your coupon code or gift card number at checkout and click “Apply.” The discount or gift card value will be deducted from your total before payment.

Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship within the United States only.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
We offer a flat-rate standard shipping fee of $5.95 for all domestic orders. Shipping times typically range between 10-22 business days, depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 21 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
How do I start a return?

Who covers the return shipping fees?
If the item arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
